Ordering Questions

When an order is placed, we aim to have it printed, packaged and shipped within 2 days.

Alternatively, If you are looking for a full design service, the time it takes to complete is only dependent on the complexity of the design.

We usually aim for a 5 day turn around from concept sketch to printed final design.

We are based in Eastern Ontario, Canada. Depending on the date of your order you can expect the following waiting times for your package.

Canada – 2-5 Days
Elsewhere – Currently not shipping outside of Canada.

We ship all of our items in a bag within a cardboard container. We would love to ditch the plastic bag, but want to ensure that your item doesn’t get damaged in transit.

Some times we may not have all of the necessary stock right this moment to produce and ship your order, backordering allows you to reserve stock from our next shipment.

We will keep you updated with order updates when we can.

Depending on your location it could take up to a few weeks for your package to arrive, especially if it gets stuck in customs.

If you have not received your order within 21 days of purchase please contact us so we can look in to it.

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Amex, Visa and Mastercard. 

Additionally, we offer Apple and Google Pay options as well as Afterpay financing (OAC).

Yes! For our fellow Canadians, all applicable sales taxes are included in the price of the item directly.

We do however, still charge for shipping fees and have no control over any import charges if you aren’t living in Canada.

We do plan on expanding our operations to the USA, England and Europe in the future to be able to offer this service to more customers.

During checkout there will be different shipping options with varying costs depending on your location and the size of the order. 

If tracking options are available for your location, they will appear as a purchasable extra.

We offer refunds for damaged items.

All orders can be cancelled and a full refund given with no additional charges prior to our printing stage.

Printed Product Questions

We stock apparel options from The Laughing Giraffe®, which is a US-Based supplier.

All apparel options are CPSIA compliant and are sweatshop factory free.

If you can’t find the item you are looking for on the website, you can contact us directly and we can work on designing, printing and shipping what you need.

We currently stock the following items;

  • Baby Onesies
  • Adult T-Shirts
  • Polyester Canvas

All these products can be altered and changed to suit your needs.

We will work with you to try and give you something you’re proud of having, however, our full design services include 3 free draft sketch revisions. Additional complete re-designs will come at an extra cost.

We use Polyester or high polyester counts items.

Due to our sublimation printing method, which requires the ink to get absorbed by the material.

Polyester being a synthetic fiber is able to absorb more ink than natural alternatives such as cotton. Resulting in a more vibrant design.

We use a process called Sublimation. 

Simply put, this method turns the ink in to a gas during the heating process, which then binds with the polyester material.

This means that the design won’t crack of wear off in time like normal vinyl applications as it is now permanently part of the material.

The Sublimation process works best on very light colors such as white or pastels.

We are looking in to expanding our operations later in the year to include DTF (Direct to Film) printing which would allow us to offer a full spectrum of colors.

Many retailers you see online offering customizable items are usually working through a Print on Demand (POD) service.

This means that there is a middle service that needs to be paid by the retailer.

We do all designing and printing in-house with no middle-man which means we can offer very competitive prices.

We often do sales across our website for various collections, if however, you really have your eyes set on something and would like a small discount to seal the deal you can email us for a one-time use discount coupon.

We reserve the right to deny a request for a code based on previous requests made.

We are proud of our quality control and customer service, and glad that people want to use our services to sell their own products.

We are looking at expanding our operations later this year to be able to better facilitate this request.
